Melograno

The name “Melograno” was born years ago during a walk through the vineyards with a great friend and deep admirer. The grapes used come from nearby vineyards with different characteristics in terms of exposure and soil. I would say that the territory of the Apennines and the nearby Apuan Alps do the rest.

Biodynamic Elegance from Tuscany

The ruby red color is bright, the aromatic profile is direct, intriguing, lively, and expressive: wild red berries, black cherry, pepper, and aromatic herbs, the same ones that are found in the vineyards. Rhythm, freshness, and instinctive drinkability, like a beautiful song that you listen to and replay without ever getting tired. The bottle ends in minutes.

Pairings

Pasta Pomodoro | roasted vegetables | chicken | pork

With its fresh acidity, soft tannins, and lively red fruit notes, it pairs wonderfully with traditional Italian fare such as cured meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and roasted vegetables. It also complements lighter meat dishes like herb-crusted chicken or pork loin, and can even shine alongside aged cheeses or mushroom-based recipes.
