Maso Martis Blanc de Blancs Brut Bio

A sparkling treasure from the Trentino mountains, this Blanc de Blancs from Maso Martis is the purest expression of Chardonnay grown at altitude. Crafted using the traditional method and aged on the lees for 20-22 months, it strikes a perfect balance between elegance and character. Classified as Brut, with just 6 grams per liter of residual sugar, it delivers remarkable freshness without sacrificing depth or complexity.
Expect a fine and persistent perlage, aromas of crisp green apple, citrus blossom, and hints of brioche and almond. On the palate, it’s clean, creamy, and mineral-driven, with a vibrant acidity and a long, refined finish.
Elegant, precise, and sustainably made — this is Trento DOC at its very best.
