Biancoviola

The “Biancoviola” is a white wine obtained from a blend of Catarratto, Grillo, and Grecanico grapes. It is a juicy and fresh expression that faithfully and genuinely reflects the territory of Trapani. The aromas of Mediterranean scrubland and citrus blend into a light and sunny body, with an intense saline component.

It fills the glass with its intense straw-colored robe. The nose is a portrait of the western Sicilian coast, smelling of plum, bouquets of white flowers, wild scrubland, and permeated by constant salty breezes. Sea everywhere, even on the palate, where the liquid is carried by a fine saline trail as well as by a refreshing mist. A wine for fish, in multiple variations, it excels with simple preparations that enhance the raw ingredients. A must-have.

Passion fruit | Lime | Peach

It’s presented with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is rich in fruit not yet fully ripe and white wild flowers, with an aromatic background of wild herbs and mountain rock. In the mouth it is balanced between fruit, acidity and an important structure.
