This winery is a gem within the classic Valpolicella denomination. It was born from the idea of two brothers, Andrea and Ivano, who deeply love their land and take care of it with the utmost respect, both in the vineyard and in the winery during the production stages of their splendid wines.

These are impeccable wines, with high stylistic value, authentic and concrete, undoubtedly one of the finest interpretations of this renowned territory.
From the Valpolicella Classico, through the Valpolicella Classico Superiore, ending with the Amarone della Valpolicella, the approach is clear and consistent: great respect for tradition and the land, with minimal intervention in the winery. The wines adhere to the strict Vinnatur protocol. They wait for spontaneous fermentations, which means it takes them longer to complete the macerations. They don’t press the grapes, but destem them, so that they can work with the whole berry while it’s still fresh. In the early stages of winemaking, we never add sulfur, and even the malolactic fermentation happens without sulfites. They only add them to the reds during the aging process in wood and before bottling, without filtering. To work this way, they have to be as meticulous as possible in managing the tanks and monitoring the wines in the barrels.
Thanks Andrea and Ivano for what you express in your job, You are loving custodians of the vineyard and masters in the winery, faithful interpreters of the wonderful winemaking tradition in Valpolicella.
Cheers!
