The results are unique and unforgettable wines, sips of the soul of a difficult, sometimes critical land, but immensely rich and enchantingly fascinating. Every time I taste his “Passito di Pantelleria”, I feel grateful to Antonio for choosing to become a guardian and continuer of an ancient winemaking culture, and proud to be able to introduce his reality to the world.
