Speri Falanghina
“სფერი” comes from the Georgian word “orange” to highlight the orange soul of this wine. Our wine philosophy follows the ancient Georgian artisanal winemaking method, to which this wine is a tribute. The vineyard is located at 400 meters above sea level in San Lorenzo Maggiore. The soil is clay and limestone, highly exposed to Mediterranean winds and sunlight.
It is a fascinating wine, with an explosion of aromas of orange, peach, and honey, combined with citrus blossoms and white flowers. It is dry, with high acidity and noticeable tannins, and a long, pleasant finish.

The Campania region in Southern Italy, with its volcanic, clay, and limestone soils, has been devoted to winemaking since antiquity.
Falanghina, the most famous indigenous white grape of Sannio, was once the wine of Roman emperors and the court of Naples. Camaiola, a rare red variety found only in Benevento, dates back to ancient times—grape seeds were even uncovered in the ruins of Pompeii.
To honor these deep roots, we draw inspiration from Georgia, the cradle of viticulture, where wines are still made in Qvevri—1,000-liter terracotta amphorae. These vessels allow gentle oxygenation, preserving the wine’s authenticity and soul.
The result is a complex wine, with amber tones, subtle oxidative aromas, and a fresh, intense, and persistent character.
