Taste
Description

Passion fruit | Lime | Peach

This orange wine has great personality, carrying in the glass the warmth and energy of the Maremma. Its color is yellow with brilliant amber reflections. The aromas open up with notes of candied citrus peel, yellow peach, apricot, and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrubland. On the palate, it is broad, aromatically deep and complex, with a rich, dense fruit and a harmonious finish that closes with elegant savory sensations.

In my wine, there is all my passion for the vine. There is a path, all uphill and without compromises, towards truly sustainable farming, for original wines with great identity, where you can taste the intense flavor of our grapes, the minerality of our soils, and the saltiness of our sea.

Food
Pairings

Seafood | ORIENTAL | Meat
Seafood Risotto: The wine’s citrus and saline qualities enhance the briny seafood; its body stands up without overwhelming.
Delicately Spiced White Meats (e.g. chicken with herbs, turkey): The perfume of Mediterranean herbs in the wine echoes herbal seasoning; its freshness balances lightly spiced dishes.
Oriental or Middle Eastern Cuisine (spiced vegetables, tagines, dishes with preserved lemons): The candied citrus, fruit and spices pair nicely with the complex layers of flavour in these cuisines.
Fish in Sauce (especially creamy or citrus‑based sauces): The wine’s acidity and aroma help cut through richness while complementing cream/citrus notes.
Blue and Aged Cheeses: Strong cheeses bring out the wine’s depth; its sapid and phenolic skin‑contact character stands up to intense flavors.
