This is an exhilarating skin-macerated white, a true dive into the Sicilian sea. 100% pure Catarratto grapes sourced from vineyards at approximately 400 meters a.s.l. and cultivated without any chemical or synthetic substances.
The wine has an enchanting, intense golden hue, bordered by amber highlights. It’s an exciting dive into the Mediterranean Sea, under the midday sun, you encounter plums, oranges, and wild scrubland. A great bottle. A summertime celebration.
