This exceptional red wine is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown and vinified according to biodynamic practices. The grapes are hand-destemmed, foot-crushed, and fermented with only indigenous yeasts. The wine then matures for a minimum of 15 months in neutral barriques and is bottled without filtration or fining, allowing it to rest for as long as possible before release.
Its color is a bright, clear ruby red, while the nose offers a bouquet of rare elegance and complexity. On the palate, its allure is irresistible—rugged like the woods of Casentino yet refined and profound like the finest Burgundy, a wine it can proudly stand alongside.
